Korea’s primary port of entry, Incheon International Airport is unique among international airports for its dedication to culture. On the fourth floor of the passenger terminal you’ll find Korean Cultural Street, complete with examples of Korean traditional architecture, multimedia displays, a rice cake café, and regular cultural performances. On the fourth floor of the concourse there’s a Korean Culture Museum with displays depicting a variety of aspects of Korean culture. For those looking for something more hands-on, there’s a Traditional Korean Cultural Experience Zone with craft classes and performances. The Millennium Hall on the first floor is the venue for performances and resembles an art gallery, as many works of art are on display. Its May program (May 2–6, 4pm) will feature Argentine tango dance, musical gala shows, and b-boy performances.
