At Hongdae’s Danimgil, they specialize in Korean makgeolli (an alcoholic beverage made of rice), and they have a wide selection. You can get makgeolli made from buckwheat, corn, glutinous rice, black bean, scorched rice, and much more. They also bring kimchi pancakes and green onion pancakes in the shape of the Korean flag, spicy pork, acorn jelly, and even cheesy egg omelets.
